Nationwide Shipping

MintRepel ships nationwide across the continental U.S. We supply dealers, contractors, distributors, applicators, OEMs, and smaller commercial clients — from single-project buyers to high-volume accounts. Wherever you are in the lower 48 states, we can get product to your job site, shop, or warehouse.

Because we serve dealers, contractors, distributors, applicators, and businesses of every size, we can scale an order from a few units to full pallet and freight quantities.

Freight & LTL for Bulk Orders

Small orders typically ship by parcel carrier. Bulk and palletized coating orders ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) or full-truckload freight. For large or recurring orders, contact us for a freight quote — we will confirm the most cost-effective method and any liftgate, residential, or limited-access delivery needs before your order ships.

Lead Times

In-stock products generally ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Freight and custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which we will confirm when your order is placed. Transit time depends on destination and carrier. We will provide tracking or freight details once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is quoted based on product weight, quantity, packaging (hazmat where applicable), and destination. For an accurate delivered price, request a shipping quote and include your ship-to ZIP code and the quantities you need.

Damaged or Lost Shipments (Damage Claims)

Inspect every shipment on arrival. If product arrives damaged, note the damage on the carrier delivery receipt before signing, keep all packaging, and photograph the damage. Report visible damage or a shortage to us within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement. Claims reported after the carrier window may not be recoverable.

Returns

Unopened, unused product in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Contact us first to receive a return authorization; returns sent without authorization may be refused. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, less original and return shipping and any applicable restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, opened product, custom or made-to-order items, tinted or color-matched product, and hazardous-material (hazmat) items are non-returnable. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us and we will make it right.
