How to apply Mint Repel

A chip brush and twenty minutes. No licensing, no respirator, no special tools. Below is every place worth treating, with what to do, what to think about, and what to keep the gel away from.

The basics

Four steps, every time

01

Look for the gaps

Walk the foundation, garage, basement and attic. Pests use gaps around pipes, wires, vents and door corners.

02

Prep

Brush off dust and cobwebs. The surface should be dry. No cleaners needed.

03

Brush it on

Use a chip brush or small roller. Build a continuous band or ¼-inch collar with no gaps.

04

Let it set

Dries clear in about an hour and leaves a fresh mint scent. Reseal and store upright.
